I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did get back to me, just not that quick. It takes a couple days, and I had to follow up once before I hear anything. The person was nice and answer my question, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish they was faster with replies. Overall, not bad, but not great either

My order showed up fine, but like I said, the packaging was just okay. The box was a little bent and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Nothing ended up being damaged, so that’s good, but like I said, I was expecting it to be packed a bit better.

I bought these thinking they’d be useful in the rain, but they really didn’t hold up once they got wet. The grip started feeling slippery quickly, and I kept having to readjust them, which was annoying.

They might be okay for dry weather, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on them in wet conditions. Disappointing overall, and I wouldn’t buy them again.

I tried putting these on after dinner with a little screwdriver I had in the junk drawer, and the install was a mess. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get them lined up right, and after messing with it for way too long, I gave up. Maybe someone more handy would have better luck, but it was frustrating for me.

From what I remember, the tracking never moved after the label was created. I kept checking for a few days, thinking it might update, but nothing changed. I reached out to support too, and they weren’t much help. Based on that experience, I probably wouldn’t order from them again

I picked these up for my controller and they fit for the most part. One side was a little loose, though. Kind of annoying at first. After messing with it a bit, it works fine. Not a bad buy, just make sure it’s compatible with your controller before ordering.

I’ve ordered from gimmegrips.com a few times now, and overall the grips are good. Some of them feel really nice right away and have the exact grip and texture I was hoping for.
I don’t know why, but a few packs felt a little different even though I ordered the same kind. They still worked fine, so it wasn’t a big deal, but I did notice it.

Shipping was okay, and the website was easy enough to use. I might order again, but I do wish they were a bit more consistent from one pack to the next.

The instructions were mostly clear, and I was able to get the grips on quickly. There was one step that was a little confusing at first, but once I messed with it a bit, it ended up working fine.

I really like the tacky feel of this, it gives a nice grip and feels good to use. The only downside is that it seemed to collect dust quickly, which was a little disappointing. Overall, I’m happy with it, but I do wish it stayed cleaner longer

I was disappointed with the color options. Most of them felt boring and there wasn’t really anything I was excited about. It kind of gave me the impression that they’re more focused on keeping costs down than actually giving customers choices they’ll like.

I ordered a specific set of grips, but the ones that showed up were completely different and not even the color I picked. I get that mistakes happen, and I’m not trying to be unreasonable, but it’s frustrating when a simple order isn’t right. I emailed them to sort it out, but the response took a while and the whole thing felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

I had an issue with my order it took longer than I expected to hear back. I was close to just cancelling and going with another company, but once they finally replied, they did get it sorted. The grips arrived fine in the end, so fair enough. Not the smoothest experience, but they came through eventually

I didn’t have a great time using gimmegrips.com. The site felt kind of awkward to navigate, and updates seemed to take longer than I expected. From my point of view, it felt like I had to keep following up on things that should’ve been straightforward.
Maybe someone else would have a smoother experience, but for me it just came across as more frustrating than helpful. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless they made some noticeable improvements

My gimmegrips order showed up later than expected, which was a bit annoying, ngl. It did arrive in good shape though, so no big drama there. The tracking was kinda confusing and not super helpful, but at least it finally made it.

So... the checkout process was frustrating. It kept freezing on me, and my discount code wouldn’t go through for some reason. I ended up refreshing the page twice before I could finally pay. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

I ordered from gimmegrips because the photos made them look cool, and I don’t know, I was expecting something a little more stylish. But when they showed up, the whole look just felt off. Like, not terrible exactly, just way cheaper than I thought it would be.

The colors didn’t really match what I had in mind from the pictures, and the design is super basic. It kind of reminded me of something you’d find tossed in a random clearance bin. Also, the packaging wasn’t the issue or anything, it’s really just the actual style that missed for me.

They might work fine for what they’re supposed to do, I haven’t had a big problem there, but looks-wise I was disappointed. I kept comparing them to the photos and yeah, not the same vibe. I probably wouldn’t buy again if appearance matters to you.

I keep checking back for the grips I want, and somehow they’re always sold out. I even waited a few weeks thinking maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but nope, still nothing. Kind of annoying because I was ready to order, then I’d remember later to check again, same result. At this point I’m just going to look somewhere else.

I was hoping I’d like these more. They felt fine at first, but after using them a few times they started getting kind of slippery and cheap-feeling. Shipping was fine, but the grips just weren’t great for me...

The grip worked at first, no doubt about it, but I’m 100% sure it started peeling off way too quickly. It’s okay for a short while, but it definitely doesn’t hold up like I expected.
